Who we are
Resilient Coasts is a multi-disciplinary consultancy. We provide bespoke solutions to analyse and interpret the marine and coastal environment. We help our clients protect shorelines, adapt to climate change and improve resilience to extreme events.
Our integrated approach to coastal resilience enables us to assess risks and uncertainties for coastal assets, critical infrastructure and communities. Building on this assessment, we provide strategic advice to counter flood and erosion issues and develop unique solutions, measures and interventions.
What we do
Climate change has increased the risk of flooding and erosion. We help quantify that risk for managers and decision-makers. We deliver interventions that work in harmony with the natural environment to provide a sustainable adaptive approach, creating opportunity for biodiversity net gain and economic benefit.
We have applied these approaches whilst working in flood & coastal erosion risk management, environmental impact, disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation & risk resilience, and in institutional and stakeholder capacity development.
We work remotely and in our clients’ offices internationally, providing unique expertise on a flexible basis.
